So it's been two days since I worked out with my trainer and honestly, I think I'm dying a slow, painful, self inflicted death. And the weird part of the whole experience is, I'm happy about it. I finally feel like things are waking up and responding to the torture I've decided to reap on my body.
I tried treadmill, various cardio and running. None of which gave me the the pleasure of a complete body revolution. It's the simple things.
